Defective Topton Laptop Purchased on AliExpress

A laptop from Topton was purchased on AliExpress (order nº 8152611697345081) with all taxes properly paid. The product arrived with overheating issues and stopped working shortly after.

Multiple attempts to contact both AliExpress and Topton were initially ignored. After opening a dispute, the seller responded but only requested a return, which could not be completed due to international shipping logistics and additional costs.

Despite further attempts to resolve the issue, AliExpress offered only about a 5% refund. The situation reflects serious dissatisfaction and justifies formal complaints to seek proper compensation.
